The
Illinois Broker Course consists of a
90 hour curriculum. Of those hours 15
must be done in a live classroom setting
termed "Applied Measurement" with
the balance designated as online or
self study. The Chicago Real Estate
School offers more than double the required
classroom hours to ensure that students
are fully prepared and at ease with
the testing process. Our Licensed Instructors
are extremely knowledgeable and provide
an energetic and positive learning experience
while maintaining a very high pass rate
at the state level.
